TMG User Groups

There are a number of TMG Users Groups in Australia and New Zealand. Some meet in cities while others use the Internet to exchange queries and suggestions.

With the creation of the WhollyGenes forum there is a central Website where you can find more about these groups.

  • if your problem is not resolved then e-mail support@whollygenes.com
    E-mail is the best method of contacting this service.

    (Australian and New Zealand users are not able to use the US-based toll-free phone service to Wholly Genes Technical Support.)

If you include

  • your name and postal address
  • the exact text of any error message(s) that you got
  • the sequence of actions that led to the problem
  • your software version
  • your operating system version
  • your phone number (with area code)
  • your time zone
  • the best local time to receive a call

then if e-mail is unsuitable to resolve your problem Technical Support may phone you from the USA.
