special preparation is required except for having the package properly
installed.

| Generating
your chart |
- Select
the chart type from the Reports
menu.

Set the Chart Options....
- Click
Make Chart.

| Sizing
your chart |
In
Visual Chartform (also known as VCF):
- Use
Tools > Diagram > Diagram Measurements
to see the current size of your chart.
- In Tools
> Diagram > Diagram Measurements, you can change the size
of the canvas on which the chart is plotted. Making it smaller may cut
off some of the chart. Making it larger will create space in which you
can add new pictures or spread the chart out.
- The various Tools
> Diagram > Size ... items allow you to trim the chart
canvas.

| Saving
a chart file |
In
Visual Chartform, use File > Save As... to save your chart
file. It will
have a VC2 extension in TMG5 . It is this file that you send to SCEYA
to get your chart printed.
