How to request a QUOTE

You should download and complete the SCEYA Charting Request form (Word or PDF format).

NOTES: There are several ways to download and save files. It depends on which browser you are using and what software you have installed on you computer. In Microsoft Internet Explorer if you right-click click here and select Save Target as then you can save the file directly. In Microsoft Internet Explorer if you left-click click here when an application that reads Word files is installed on your computer, then the file will open a window of the browser. You then need to usethe browser File > Save As ... to save the file.

    What to send?

You need to send at least 2 files:

  1. The application data set file(s) or saved chart file(s) that contains what you want a quotation on. (These files may be compressed with PkZip, WinZip or WinRar, etc.). If you want images included on your chart please also include these.

  2. The SCEYA Charting Request form with your customer details that specifies who you are and what you want done.
    Where and how to send it?

You can send the information by:

  • e-mail (your 2 files as attachments of up to a total of 5Mb) to
  • charts@sceya.com.au

  • post with your 2 files on CD-ROM or DVD to

    Quotations
  1. SCEYA will contact you as soon as practiable to provide you with a quotation.
  2. SCEYA would prefer to use E-mail to contact you whenever possible.
  3. SCEYA provides a reference code for each quotation. You will be required to use this code when placing your order and making your payment.
    Payment and Delivery

SCEYA will accept the followin as methods of payment:

  • direct bank deposits (on-line banking)
           SCEYA
    will provide our Bank BSB and Account number on request.

  • cheques
           In Australian Dollars only

  • credit cards (VISA or Mastercard)
           SCEYA
    will phone you to get the credit card details as we wish to avoid the security risks associated with on-line payment.
  1. On receiving your payment or its authorisation, SCEYA will put your job in the queue for printing.
  2. Most printing jobs will leave SCEYA within 3 working days of receipt of payment, but on occasions this time may extend up to working 7 days. (If you provide an E-mail address, SCEYA will E-mail you when your job is dispatched from our premises.)
  3. Delivery can take 7-14 days within Australia and longer for overseas destinations.
  4. Please allow 15 working days after payment before contacting SCEYA to check on your order status.
  5. Faster delivery and short deadlines usually incur extra costs.
